Box Office Specialist

Red Stag Dinner Theatre is looking for a friendly, organized Box Office Associate to help guests plan their visit, purchase tickets, and have a smooth experience from the first phone call to showtime.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, stays calm when things get busy, and can balance customer service with accurate ticketing and reservation details.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and assisting guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and questions
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer/order information
• Helping guests understand show dates, seating, menus, group options, and policies
• Supporting will call, check-in, and day-of-show box office operations
• Communicating clearly with guests, coworkers, and management
• Keeping the box office organized and guest-focused during busy periods

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong customer service and communication skills
• Is comfortable using computers and learning ticketing software
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Is dependable, professional, and positive
• Has previous box office, hospitality, retail, or administrative experience, though we’re willing to train the right person

Evening and weekend availability may be required based on the show schedule.
