Wytheville Community College seeks a part-time Admin Assistant for the Education Foundation. The WCC Admin Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of WCC's Educational Foundation, Scholarship Foundation, Real Estate Foundation, and the WCC Office of Public Information. This position helps ensure the smooth operation of office functions including procurement, invoicing, deposits, facility scheduling, and general admin support.
Minimum Qualifications- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products-Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while paying attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skill
- Dependable, professional, ability to work independently or with a team
- Strong writing and oral communication skills
- Prior Admin Assistant experience
