Salary: $19.23 (Pay Transparency indicates possible base pay $16.79, geographic adjustment may apply)

• Manage grinding and planing queues to ensure operators have materials needed for production.
• Operate and set up production equipment such as PMVs, powered saws, reclaim grinders, centerless grinders, planers, flippers, and balers.
• Perform reclaim grinding according to SOPs; conduct TPE puck precision cutting, packaging, and inspection.
• Use measurement tools (tape measure, micrometers, UT, surface roughness testers) to verify product compliance.
• Record, maintain, and report accurate production and quality documentation.
• Support and communicate quality, safety, and process improvement actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or process issues; perform minor maintenance and assist maintenance or engineering teams with equipment repairs or setup.
• Operate Powered Motor Vehicles (PMVs) to move materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating respect, integrity, and accountability.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, SDS sheets, SOPs, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Strong initiative and self‑motivation with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience using measuring or testing equipment preferred.
• Computer literacy; knowledge of ERP systems such as Movex or SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to perform job duties in a manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety and the Injury Free workplace concept.

The salary for this position is $16.79. Factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence the base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment according to a specific city and state if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
