Mount Rogers Community Services Board is seeking a Recovery Coach to support youth in a short-term crisis stabilization unit. You will develop individualized plans, lead group trainings, document in accordance with standards, and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Under supervision you will assist with service coordination, discharge planning, and ongoing recovery support, contributing to better outcomes and reduced inpatient needs in the unit.
