Hotel Equities - - Responsibilities:
Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information;
Accept payment for guests accounts at registration and checkout; maintain a house bank;
Assist guests with luggage and provide information about local area and hotel services;
Respond to guest requests and resolve complaints; handle messages, wake-up calls, and mail/faxes;
Operate shuttle/transportation services and ensure timely guest assistance
