• Minimum of 1 year working in a call center, or proven success in a high‑volume customer service position
• Comfortable handling multiple calls while using several computer programs
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to remain calm and professional with upset customers
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced environment

Starting pay: $17.25/hr + performance incentives
