We currently hiring Substitute Assistants for the following
(Building, Classroom, Clinic, Library, Preschool, and Special Needs)

Positions are available all levels: preschool, elementary, middle and high school

In order to substitute for Xenia Community Schools, you must:

COMPLETE THE ONLINE EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION - through the Dayton Area School Employment Consortium if you have not already done so.

HOLD or OBTAIN a State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit. (must have 48 semester hours of college or pass a paraprofessional test) We administer the test here.

CALL OUR HUMAN RESOURCES - Once you have completed the online application, please call the Human Resources Assistant at to set up an appointment to complete your Background Check (BCII and FBI fingerprints). The cost of fingerprinting is $52.00. We accept Cash or Credit Card payments.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:

DRIVER'S LICENSE
SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
