Job SummaryWe are currently hiring Substitute Assistants for the following: (Building, Classroom, Clinic, Library, Preschool, and Special Needs). Positions are available at all levels: preschool, elementary, middle and high school.
EligibilityIn order to substitute for Xenia Community Schools, you must:
- HOLD or OBTAIN a State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit. (must have 48 semester hours of college or pass a paraprofessional test) We administer the test here.
- CALL OUR HUMAN RESOURCES – Once you have completed the online application, please call the Human Resources Assistant at to set up an appointment to complete your Background Check (BCII and FBI fingerprints). The cost of fingerprinting is $52.00. We accept Cash or Credit Card payments.
- YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT:
- DRIVER'S LICENSE
- SOCIAL SECURITY CARD
