Taylor Robinson Music is hiring private music instructors, especially for Guitar. Lessons can occur in the students' homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. Most students prefer in-person lessons, so we need local instructors who can host students and/or are willing to travel to students in the Xenia, OH area.

• Teach private music lessons (primarily Guitar) to students of various ages and skill levels.
• Deliver lessons in students' homes, your own home or studio, or via webcam as requested.
• Travel to students in the Xenia, OH area when necessary.
• Set your own schedule and develop your own curriculum and lesson plans.
• Communicate regularly with the Taylor Robinson Music office and maintain punctuality for all lessons.
• Maintain student retention and professional standards.

• Great with kids and passionate about teaching music.
• Organized, punctual, and communicative.
• Formal music training is not mandatory but either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or previous teaching experience is required.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor and set own schedule.

We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to help lighten your load. Contractor compensation ranges between $20-$30 per hour, depending on travel time, experience/education, and student retention rate.

Students may attend lessons in person; you must wear a mask, sanitize your hands, and practice social distancing when applicable.
