Substitute Assistants Needed
Xenia Community Schools is currently hiring Substitute Assistants for a variety of roles, including:
- Building, Classroom, Clinic, Library, Preschool, and Special Needs
Positions are available at all grade levels: preschool, elementary, middle, and high school.
Qualifications & RequirementsTo be eligible to substitute for Xenia Community Schools, you must:
- Complete the online employment application through the Dayton Area School Employment Consortium (if not already completed)
- Hold or obtain a State of Ohio Educational Aide Permit.
- Requires 48 semester hours of college or passing a Paraprofessional Test
- We offer the Paraprofessional Test onsite for $50.00

Once your application has been completed, please contact Human Resources to schedule an appointment to finalize your onboarding and complete your background check (BCII & FBI fingerprinting). Fingerprinting fees: $50.00 (cash or debit card), $52.00 (credit card).
