In-Home Shared Living Provider

Greene County, OH Via Quest is seeking a compassionate Shared Living Provider to welcome an adult with developmental disabilities into your home, offering daily support, companionship, and a safe, inclusive environment.

• An adult with a developmental disability will live in your home with you. You will provide them with daily care and support.

• Provide a private bedroom and a safe, supportive home environment

• Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation

• Encourage independence through skill development and guidance

• Schedule and attend medical appointments and social activities

• Keep simple daily records and communicate with Via Quest staff

• Tax-free annual stipend: $40,000 - $60,000

• Paid time off

• Additional room & board income (average $630/month)

• Training, background checks, and certification

• 24/7 support from a dedicated Via Quest Manager

• Tools and assistance for documentation, billing, and compliance

• Help coordinating respite

• Caregiving experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and good driving record

• Clean background checks

• Home that meets safety requirements (home assessment required)

• Home or renter's insurance
