Make outgoing calls to follow up on quote requests and nurture existing client relationships.

Explain complex insurance terminology in simple, everyday language that anyone can understand.

Process policy changes, handle billing questions, and assist with claims navigation to ensure a smooth experience.

Participate in local community events to keep our agency presence visible and approachable in Xenia.

Maintain accurate client records in our database to ensure everyone stays protected over the long haul.

Active Ohio Property and Casualty insurance license.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Natural ability to start conversations with people from all walks of life.

High level of integrity and a commitment to doing what is right for the client.

Experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role where people interaction is the focus.

Ability to work from our Xenia office during standard business hours.
