Post Holdings - - Responsibilities:
Prioritizes food quality and maintains food safety;
Performs a variety of butcher functions including skinning, de-hiding, gutting, trimming, inspecting CCP, and bone/offal removal in a hot bone processing environment;
Maintains knife functionality to minimize body strain during disassembly of carcasses;
Maintains efficiency according to plant metrics for head count and yield in a fast-paced environment;
Follows SQF principles as specified by the SQF Practitioner
