Role DescriptionPNP Recovery seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide in-person services to our adult clients during their stay in an inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation agency. There is also the possibility of limited telehealth visits for client follow-up appointments. The successful candidate would be available at least 25 hours per week, not to exceed 40 hours per week, but as an Independent Contractor, you control your schedule.

QualificationsAdvanced Practice Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Ohio License required, Board Certification Required with relevant behavioral health and SUD experience
- Active prescriptive authority required
- 2+ years’ experience
- Ability to see clients in person in Xenia
- Mental health and substance use / dual diagnosis treatment expected to manage mental health plus MAT where needed.
- Psychiatric assessments and evaluations and ongoing in-person medical management provided based upon the ITP
- Prescribe medications to reduce client symptoms
- Maintain accurate records and schedules
- Consult with our psychiatrists and other clinical staff
