Now Hiring: RN Unit Manager. Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8hr shifts | $90-$95K Annually

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Alpine Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Xenia, OH. As a RN Unit Manager, you will lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and maintain a positive, respectful environment.

• Leadership
  :
  Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
• Patient Care
  :
  Coordinate and oversee the delivery of patient care, ensuring patients receive appropriate treatment and services.
• Staff Management
  :
  Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective and efficient operation of the unit.
• Quality and Safety
  :
  Identify and implement opportunities to improve quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communication
  :
  Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Documentation
  :
  Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and administrative tasks.

• RN license in the state of Ohio
• Minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
