As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our dedicated team. As a CNA at Xenia Health and Rehab, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to nursing staff

  • Assisting with med passes, transfers, and ambulating patients

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation

  • Collaborating with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinent care

  • Assist with mealtime, including feeding, serving, and cleaning up

  • Perform vital signs and measure intake/output as needed

  • Assist with toileting, bath room care, and incontinence care

  • Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with safety and dignity

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
