- Diagnose problems and recommend the right solutions
- Present pricing confidently and explain value
- Build trust, overcome objections, and close the sale
- Partner with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

- Strong plumbing knowledge (field experience or deep technical understanding)
- Proven sales ability (in-home sales or home services preferred)
- Confidence discussing money and options face-to-face
- Strong people skills and a professional presence
- Valid driver’s license & ability to travel locally
- Only plumbing experience, no sales? Not the role.
