This role combines lead generation, inspections, sales presentations, and relationship building.

• Generate new homeowner opportunities through neighborhood outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Work areas near active projects and storm‑affected neighborhoods.
• Perform residential roof and exterior inspections.
• Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior solutions.
• Present estimates and close sales.
• Track activity using Sales Rabbit.
• Manage pipeline and customer communication in Accu Lynx CRM.
• Build relationships with realtors, insurance professionals, and homeowners.

Top CHES professionals maintain consistent activity and strong homeowner communication.

• Generating new homeowner conversations and inspections.
• Following up consistently with leads and customers.
• Networking with referral partners such as realtors and insurance agents.
• Managing opportunities and notes in Accu Lynx.
• Delivering a 5‑star customer experience.
