Immediate hire – First sale bonus – Paid training.

As an Energy Pro, you will promote NRG electricity and gas services to consumers within your local retailer, helping them lower their energy costs and building lasting customer relationships.

• Engage with customers about NRG electricity and gas options.
• Work within the local retailer to showcase services and answer questions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable customer station or kiosk.
• Accurately document and report sales activities.
• Provide product or service information to help customers make informed selections.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Prevent and address customer complaints, ensuring a satisfactory service experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meeting established monthly/weekly sales quotas and goals.
• Maintaining low customer complaint rates.

• Estimated weekly pay: $800 – $1,000 + first sale bonus.
• Base salary plus uncapped commission.
• Next‑day, on‑demand pay via Daily Pay.
