RequirementsOhio Life and Health Insurance License.
Strong comfort level with cold calling and initiating new client conversations.
Reliable transportation for local client meetings in Xenia and surrounding areas.
Clear, empathetic communication skills that build genuine rapport.
Resilient attitude when faced with challenges or rejection.
Prior experience in sales or customer service roles.
Basic proficiency with computer software for tracking leads and managing policy documents.
