Dispatch Operator

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and providing real-time rapid response service. • Consistent monitoring of internal communications while on duty, looking for abnormalities or opportunities to provide support and guidance to employees on duty
• Operation of CCTV equipment
• Ensuring employees arrive on time to all scheduled shifts and check in appropriately during their shifts
• Contact employees, site managers, clients, and other necessary personnel to notify them of any incidents, late arrivals, criminal activity, etc. occurring at any given worksite
• Answer phone calls made to the dispatch line to provide assistance, guidance, and support to employees and clients
• Coordinate with field employees, Operations Managers, and/or clients to provide appropriate support
• Write accurate reports to document incidents and activity necessary for internal records and/or clients

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour (based on previous experience)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation

• 1+ years of experience in a dispatch role (transportation, public safety, logistics, field service repair, etc.)
• 1+ years of security experience
