With a purpose-driven approach, we design and sell tiny homes, develop short‑term rental villages, and contribute to vocational education. By providing hands‑on experience and supporting schools and students in the trades, we aim to create meaningful impact while fostering environmentally responsible practices.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Xenia, OH, for a Tiny House Builder. The Tiny House Builder will be responsible for constructing tiny homes with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Daily tasks include assembling structures, installing systems and fixtures, adhering to safety standards, and coordinating with team members to ensure timely project completion. The role requires attention to detail, collaboration, and a commitment to sustainable building practices.

• Construction‑related skills, including carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and knowledge of material and tool handling
• Experience in basic plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system installation
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and following design specifications
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to safety protocols and familiarity with OSHA regulations
• Availability to work on‑site in Xenia, OH, and ability to perform physical labor
• Previous experience in sustainable or small‑scale construction is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in construction or related fields are a bonus
