This is a full-time hybrid role for Commercial and Residential Painters, based in Beavercreek, OH, with some administrative or planning tasks that may be completed from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing interior and exterior surfaces (cleaning, sanding, caulking, masking), applying primers and finish coats with brushes, rollers, and sprayers, and performing detail work to ensure clean lines and consistent coverage. The role involves reading basic job specs or drawings, selecting appropriate materials and tools, and maintaining equipment in good working condition.

Painters will travel to various job sites, follow safety and environmental guidelines, communicate clearly with supervisors and clients, and assist with cleanup and site protection before and after each project.

• Proficiency in Painting and Paint application techniques, including surface preparation and finish work.
• Experience with Spray Painting for interior.
