Xenia, OH via Greene CATS Public Transit. We are currently looking for an experienced Bus Driver to provide safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Position Subject To Collective Bargaining Agreement
• $18.25 / hour for non‑CDL Driver

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding and timely disembarkation.
• Conduct comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies, including seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• CDL with passenger endorsements accepted.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and DOT physical. 49 CFR Part 40 disallows Schedule I drugs, including cannabis.

• Work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Long periods of sitting, occasional use of stairs, crouching, and kneeling (e.g., securing wheelchairs).
• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor settings.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
