Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Yakima, WA, for an Accounts Payable Specialist. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing invoices, managing accounts payables, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Additional responsibilities include verifying and tracking expenditures, preparing reports, and assisting with month-end and year-end account reconciliations.

Wage range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 Hourly

• Proven knowledge in accounts payable processes, financial recordkeeping, and related accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software, spreadsheet applications, and other tools for managing financial data.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor communications and team collaboration.
• A high degree of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
