We are looking for an Accounting & Office Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment where their work truly makes an impact.
In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly while also supporting customers and the day-to-day office experience. What You'll Do- Maintain accurate financial records, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices, payments, expense reports, and customer account collections
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements
- Support financial reporting and audit preparation
- Monitor cash flow and company expenses
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes
- Assist walk‑in customers with payments in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide phone support for scheduling and billing inquiries
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Professionalism, integrity, and a team‑oriented mindset
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
- 4+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience
- Experience with AP, AR, collections, and bank reconciliations required
- Experience with accounting software required;
Acumatica experience is a plus - Payroll support experience is a plus
- Experience in a small to mid‑sized business environment preferred
