Legal Assistant Tasks (immediate)

* Administrative support for Legal Zoom consulting business: calendaring consultation appointments, email correspondence with Legal Zoom customers and Legal Zoom administrator, managing/updating consultation time sheets.

* Managing client intake: preparation of intake documents, setting up new client files.

* Ongoing client file management.

* Drafting basic legal documents in business, estate planning and real estate matters.

* Online tasks: business registrations, business license/EIN applications for business clients, processing annual reports.

* Follow-up tasks: document copying/scanning, managing/updating electronic filing system, routine correspondence/mailings to clients.

* Document filing and recording.

* Running business errands.

Administrative Assistant Tasks (eventually)

* Quick Books accounting system…data input and system management.

* Business check preparation.
