Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay Range: $17.33-$25.00
Work Duties:
* Administers the Facilities Service Desk:
* Process all phone, walk-in, and emailed service requests
* Communicate with internal customers regarding request status, options, and results
* Dispatch requests to the appropriate personnel
* Work Order Management:
* Service Request generation and technician assignment
* CMMS system monitoring for prompt closure, follow-up, and accuracy.
* Track monthly billings to ensure proper reporting to Resident Services
* Develop and maintain service logs for transportation equipment
* Conduct work tasks safely and in compliance with the facility safety program
* Provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests and co-workers
Minimum Requirements:
Education
- * High school diploma or equivalent,
* Some college coursework or vocational school courses emphasizing clerical skills including transcribing, alphabetizing, filing, word processing, spreadsheets, tables and scheduling;
Experience/Training
- * At least three year of clerical experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
