Alegria & Company is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
DescriptionJob Requirements:
Good decision‑making abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly capable of multi‑tasking, working well under pressure. Helping promote front office organization, providing clients and 3rd parties with necessary documents, AR collections, scanning and verifying confidential client and accountant documents in a timely process; working with a paperless filing system and maintaining confidential client information, keeping up‑to‑date internal office documents; preparing regular and certified mailings using business standard formatting and applying postage via postage machine;
preparing bank deposits; ordering miscellaneous office supplies. This position will require some travel between the office locations, bank, and post office, stores.
A strong candidate will demonstrate:
- Availability to work more than 40 hours between January 15th and April 15th as necessary
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, familiarity with technology a plus
- Must be able to work independently and with others
- An ability to function efficiently and accurately under pressure
- An ability to prioritize
- An ability to learn quickly and to adapt to evolving procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
A successful candidate must possess a minimum 2-year experience in Office Administration and Customer Service.
Salary$17 - $19 per hour
