The Buy Center Agent is responsible for acquiring high-quality used vehicles at competitive prices to support the dealership's inventory needs. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

PAY

• $18.00 per hour plus commission.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Vehicle Sourcing: Identify and locate potential used vehicles through various channels, including service customers and private sellers.
• Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition, mileage, and overall value.
• Negotiation: Negotiate purchase prices with sellers to secure the best deals for the dealership.
• Appraisal: Determine the fair market value of vehicles using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle purchases.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of purchased vehicles and coordinate with the dealership's inventory team.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to sellers and potential buyers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Previous experience in high communication positions a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
