Escrow Officer

What You’ll Do

You will take ownership of an active pipeline and established relationships—serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your clients.

• Manage escrow transactions end-to-end, from opening through closing and disbursement
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with agents, lenders, and repeat clients
• Serve as the central coordinator across all parties to ensure smooth, on-time closings
• Review contracts, title reports, and instructions to determine closing requirements
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep transactions moving
• Prepare and execute closing documents with accuracy and efficiency
• Lead closing appointments and guide clients confidently through the process
• Balance multiple transactions, deadlines, and priorities at once
• Leverage systems and tools to stay organized and operate efficiently
• Continue to grow the desk through service, responsiveness, and reputation

• 3–5+ years of escrow experience with direct responsibility for transactions
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
• Valid licensing/certification as required in Washington

• Strong client relationship skills—you build trust quickly and maintain it
• Excellent communication—you are responsive, clear, and proactive
• High attention to detail with the ability to move at speed
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Sound judgment and problem-solving in complex or time-sensitive situations
• Comfort with technology and systems that support efficient closings
