The Laboratory Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the work performed by Laboratory Support Services staff within the Laboratory. The role works directly with staff, oversees their work to accomplish goals, and assists laboratory leadership in ensuring the laboratory’s mission regarding quality and service is consistently met. The position requires a service‑oriented individual with strong organization, prioritization, leadership, good judgment, problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making skills.

• Current Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomist (MA‑P) Certification or eligibility
• Experience as a lead, team coordinator, or supervisor in a laboratory setting
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a clinical lab setting

Pay may be influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, certification(s), and/or education. If the position is under a union contract, pay will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale aligned with the applicant’s years of experience.
