The YMCA of Greater Hartford is seeking a Head Teacher (SACC) to oversee the daily operations of the school-age care program under the Child Development Director. You will lead activities, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment aligned with YMCA values.
Responsibilities include planning developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining attendance and reports, and communicating openly with families to address each child’s needs while upholding state guidelines.
