Duties
Help
Execute selected projects directing scope development plus design meetings leading into bid document preparation for contractor evaluations.
Acts as Contracting Officer's Representative to manage construction or maintenance contracts while promptly resolving non-technical issues.
Uses manual or Computer Aided Drafting Design systems to update completed project developing working drawings for architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical construction systems.
Develops detailed project cost estimates for upcoming contracts for construction or repair or maintenance.
