Guest Services Associate to support a locally owned full-service day spa in Yakima, WA. This is a full-time, front‑desk role perfect for someone who loves helping people feel welcome, cared for, and valued.

As the first point of contact, the Guest Services Associate sets the tone for each guest’s experience—both in person and over the phone. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a passion for customer service, and is excited about the beauty, wellness, and spa industry.

• Warmly greet guests and provide exceptional customer service

• Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointment scheduling, and rescheduling

• Answer phones with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Educate guests on available services, products, and promotions

• Learn and navigate spa software efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and retail area

• Support retail sales by recommending products that meet guest needs

• Communicate clearly with service providers and team members

• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and cared for

• Professional, reliable, and outgoing demeanor

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent phone etiquette

• Interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness
