As an Account Associate for Amber Boitano
- State Farm Agent, you play a vital role in daily business operations and customer success. You build the agency through meaningful customer relations, acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services.

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
