Industrial Architect - Washington

We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington USA.

As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require proficiency in English.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and structures
• Create detailed designs and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and meets quality standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments or changes
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers and other professionals involved in the project
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes and regulations related to industrial architecture

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Industrial Architect
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Previous experience working on industrial projects in the USA
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Washington DC
• Ability to speak Spanish or another language commonly used by clients in the area
