Industrial Architect - Washington

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities ensuring that they meet safety codes and regulations as well as functional and aesthetic requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
• Create detailed plans blueprints and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Ensure that all designs comply with building codes zoning regulations and other legal requirements
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather necessary information for designs
• Work closely with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Monitor project progress and make necessary changes to designs as needed
• Prepare cost estimates for materials and construction labor
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends new materials and construction techniques

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
• Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD or similar
• Strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations safety standards and other legal requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and colleagues effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
