Job Description
- Full-Time Associate Optometrist
- Start Date:
Summer 2026 (as early as August) - New graduates are welcome to apply
- $140k-170k base pay (depending on experience), with achievable quarterly production bonus and no wage-cap
- Flexible schedule, with no scheduled nights or weekends. Full-time (4 clinic days/week)
- Health insurance, 6% 401k matching, and paid time-off
- Paid licensure fees, malpractice insurance, and AOA fees are also included
- Relocation assistance available
- Doctor of Optometry degree (from an accredited school by ACOE) with a valid or able to attain Washington optometrist license.
- Perform comprehensive eye exams
- Provide full-scope diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease problems
- Prescribe glasses and contact lenses
- Ability to communicate and listen effectively. Works well with others. Great attention to detail
Cascade Eye Center is a single location, multi-doctor practice. We have been a member of the Vision Source network for nearly 25 years. We have six fully equipped exam lanes with innovative diagnostic equipment (including Zeiss OCT, visual field, Optos California, RET-Eval ERG, and automated Marco phoropters) and a large optical dispensary. We provide ample staff support (8 full-time ophthalmic technicians/scribes and 4 opticians) to help service our established and growing patient base.
