Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) invites applications for the Assessment Coordinator position.
Job SummaryFull‑Time, 40 hours/week. Salary: $36,000–$54,000 annually (Hourly hiring range: $17.31–$21.63).
Recruitment Period12/26/2025 – Until Filled.
Responsibilities- Coordinate directly with faculty to build assessments in a timely manner, reviewing assessment items to identify any potential issues related to presentation, content, grammar, or structure.
- Proctor student assessments, ensuring compliance to assessment process and procedure and troubleshooting issues related to software and testing devices.
- Generate and maintain accurate assessment reports following each assessment.
- Appropriately administer assessments to individuals with approved accommodations.
- Continuously provide quality customer service to all students and employees who need assistance.
- Understand and adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
- Bachelor’s degree (Required).
- 1–3 years of related experience (Required).
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to grammar and clarity.
- Excellent time‑management and deadline‑adherence skills.
- High level of accuracy and detail orientation.
- Sound judgment and strong decision‑making skills.
- Team‑working and project‑management skills.
- Proficiency with a variety of computer programs and databases, and competence in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Calm and helpful demeanor during stressful situations.
