• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar programs.
• Speech‑Language Pathologist Certification.
• Washington State Educational Staff Associate Certification (ESA) with appropriate endorsement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents and staff.

Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location. Recruitment Specialists can discuss in detail upon application to connect you to the classroom and best suit your experience and skillset.

Contract through the 2026/2027 school year – 35 hours per week. Contract follows the academic district calendar. Hybrid & In‑Person roles.

Provide speech and language therapy services to help students improve communication and learning skills.

• Identify students needing specialized speech or language services and provide tailored solutions for academic success.
• Conduct individual and group therapy using curriculum‑based materials and provide progress reports.
• Supervise support staff, consult with educators, and provide alternative communication systems.
• Create engaging learning environments and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Explore individual learning needs, develop personalized solutions, and implement curriculum goals.
• Model mature behavior, uphold values, and encourage character development.

$2,450 per week.
