Role Description
$21-$24 per hour based on experience.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher, based in Yakima, WA. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating alarm monitoring operations, responding to alert notifications, managing emergency communications, and ensuring smooth communication between central stations and field teams. The role requires maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to safety and compliance standards during each shift.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in communication, customer service, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with MAS software or experience working with alarm systems is preferred
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with data entry and common software programs
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; call center experience required; additional training or certification in emergency services or dispatching is plus
