Capitol Theatre in Yakima is seeking an Audio/Visual Production Lead to oversee sound and video for the Capitol and 4th Street Theatres. You will lead the audio/visual crew, coordinate with touring crews and renters, and train staff to deliver high-quality performances.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will troubleshoot AV systems, manage equipment and safety standards, and collaborate with the Technical Director and events teams to align technical output with creative direction.
