, to recruit an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within a defined laboratory section. The Laboratory Supervisor is accountable for day-to-day patient testing activities within a defined laboratory section. This role plans, coordinates, and directs testing operations to ensure adequate staffing, supplies, and regulatory compliance while supporting high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care. In the absence of the Core Supervisor, this position may oversee overall laboratory operations.

• Oversee daily testing activities within assigned laboratory section
• Plan and coordinate staffing, supplies, and reagents to meet patient care standards
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Partner with laboratory management and leadership on operational goals
• Support staff development, workflow efficiency, and quality initiatives
• Maintain a collaborative, patient‑centered laboratory environment

• Bachelor’s degree meeting CLIA requirements for testing personnel
• MLS (ASCP) or equivalent certification required
• 3–5 years of experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in a core or hospital laboratory setting
