• Develop and manage patient panels as part of a care team in a community health setting.
• Deliver family medicine and women s health services with a focus on underserved populations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

To be considered for this position, you must have: a Master s or Doctoral Degree as a Nurse Practitioner or a Master s Degree as a Physician Assistant (or Bachelor s Degree in Health Science with a two-year Physician Assistant training program).
