Care Partner/Caregiver
Yakima, WA
Compensation: $19.00–$22.00 per hour

As a Night Shift Caregiver
, you’ll help ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night.
- Provide whole-person care with calm, reassurance, and respect
- Support residents’ comfort, rest, and overnight needs
- Be a steady, dependable presence during overnight hours
- Assist with ADLs as needed (toileting, hygiene, mobility, repositioning)
- Perform safety checks and respond to call lights
- Offer gentle reassurance and companionship during overnight wake-ups
- Monitor residents and report/document changes per policy
- Uphold infection control, safety, and overnight protocols
- Support hydration, comfort measures, and early-morning routines
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable—especially during overnight hours
- Calm problem-solver with strong observation skills
- Clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and attentive in a quieter, lower-staffed environment
- Interest in dementia-support techniques
- Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles
- Overnight caregiving or healthcare experience (preferred)
- Hospitality, healthcare, or customer service backgrounds welcome
- At least 18 years of age
- CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Current negative TB test
- Background check clearance
