Network Manager at Harrisburg, PA

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of our agency-wide network hardware and software. We are looking for a collaborative professional capable of working independently to optimize our complex systems.

• Location: Dauphin County, PA
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum of 2 days per week onsite/in-office)
• Duration: 07/01/2026 06/30/2027

• Core Infrastructure: Design and maintain physical and virtual server environments; administer VMware products including vSphere, vCenter, vSan, NSX, VCF, and Log Insight.
• Network & OS Management: Oversee Microsoft, Red Hat, and Linux environments; manage Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Systems Lifecycle: Handle systems optimization, patch management, lifecycle planning, and data backup/recovery.
• Support: Respond promptly to technical emergencies or system issues as needed, both remotely and in-person.
• Project Delivery: Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables effectively.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in VMware administration and networking systems administration.
• Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain complex infrastructure systems.
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
