Your work will directly shape how USSS leverages AI to meet evolving protective, investigative, and operational demands while ensuring responsible, ethical, and compliant use.

This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strategic vision and practical implementation skills to build the frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures enabling sustainable AI transformation for a program of national importance.

  • Develop AI Implementation Playbooks, templates, workflows, and decision frameworks for standardized AI evaluation, piloting, and deployment
  • Document best practices, lessons learned, and responsible AI guidance for the Transformation Playbook Library
  • Support AI Governance Charter development including technical governance processes, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI standards
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and capability building for OCIO personnel on AI technologies and implementation approaches
