Primary Position PurposeThe purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of agency facilities, maintenance operations, environmental services, safety coordination, and capital improvement initiatives to support safe, efficient, compliant, and effective healthcare environments across the organization.

The VP Real Estate, Facilities & Environment of Care is responsible for leading the agency’s facility operations, maintenance services, environmental safety functions, capital improvement planning, and facility compliance activities across multiple locations. This role serves as the primary operational leader for facility management, ensuring agency facilities are safe, functional, compliant, and supportive of high-quality behavioral health and healthcare services.

- Facilities Operations & Maintenance Leadership:
Oversee daily facility operations, preventative maintenance programs, repairs, inspections, and environmental services activities, develop and implement facility management standards and operational procedures, ensure safe, clean, and functional environments across all agency locations - Regulatory Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, fire code, life safety, environmental safety, and healthcare facility standards, support accreditation readiness and regulatory inspections, oversee facility safety initiatives, emergency preparedness coordination, and operational risk mitigation activities - Capital Planning & Project Management:
Coordinate facility renovations projects to meet agency’s programmatic needs, develop project team, scope, timeline and budget for capital projects expansions, relocations, and construction projects, oversee contractors, vendors, and external service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of projects - Financial & Operational Management:
