The Executive Director is the driving force behind NARPM®'s success, leading the organization with vision, innovation, and accountability. Serving as the association's chief executive, the Executive Director partners with the NARPM® Board of Directors to advance the association's mission, execute its strategic plan, and deliver exceptional value to members. This role provides leadership for organizational growth, financial performance, governance, and staff excellence.
As a senior member of the MCI USA team, the Executive Director is equally accountable for the commercial health of the NARPM® account within MCI's full-service management portfolio. The role stewards a win-win partnership in which NARPM® receives exceptional value and measurable results, and MCI earns a fair, sustainable return through disciplined scope, resource, and contract management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership and Vision- In collaboration with the Board of Directors and staff, develop, plan, and implement strategies, objectives, programs, and initiatives that deliver on NARPM®'s mission, vision, and strategic plan.
- Regularly review the strategic plan and report progress to ensure that priorities and resources align.
- Anticipate industry disruption and guide the organization through change using data, technology, and innovation as differentiators, without creating unnecessary disruption.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Board, providing thought leadership, industry insights, and recommendations that support informed decision-making and organizational success.
- Oversee operations, organization, communication, and administration of Board of Directors meetings.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization's programs and services, working with board committee chairpersons.
- Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the organization's programs and services to maintain or improve quality.
- Identify and evaluate risks to the organization's people (board members, members, constituents, and volunteers), finances, goodwill, and image; implement measures to control risks, including ensuring compliance and maintaining adequate insurance coverage.
- Ensure the Board of Directors is proactively and fully informed through proper internal communications, including preparation for board meetings and established periodic management reports.
- Drive revenue and financial performance through strategic business development, sponsorship expansion, program optimization, and operational efficiencies, ensuring achievement of budget goals and long-term organizational sustainability.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand revenue, strengthen member engagement, and enhance organizational impact through innovative programs, products, services, and business strategies.
- Establish and implement operating and financial objectives, policies, procedures, and reporting.
